With a bachelor’s in psychiatric nursing and training in techniques like CBT and DBT, I bring a well-rounded, evidence-based approach to mental health.

Coaching & Yin Yoga Certification

Years of strength and conditioning coaching experience paired with a 100-hour yin yoga certification allow me to promote both strength and relaxation.

Traveling to nearly 30 countries has given me a rich understanding of diverse cultures and a compassionate, holistic approach to well-being
